One of the best Shop experiences I’ve ever had Auto Clutch started having issues on a Tuesday morning Pulled over, found TTS was 2 miles away. Dropped the load and bobtailed over.. Brian was absolutely exceptional. He personally took us back to our loads and even offered to help find a hotel close by if needed He Quoted labor. Got the trans pulled immediately, quoted parts. Sent pictures of the bad stuff and I paid a portion upfront (expensive parts list). He was upfront about his time frame and had the truck done exactly when he said. early Friday morning. All in all, I have absolutely zero complaints or criticisms. This place is GOOD

We were stranded in Pinehurst Idaho and have a Class A 42' Diesel Pusher. One of our Air Springs for the leveling system had ruptured, so Motorhome sitting on frame. We have Coachnet Roadside assistance and they contacted this company, spoke to Brian. Told us we would be hearing from Brian to schedule to come out and help us. We could not be towed due to Coach sitting on Frame. Needed Mobile Service. Coachnet called to inquire as to whether I had heard from Brian to set up an appointment after it had been a few day and I had not. They had been trying to reach Brian and left messages. I also called and left messages as well as sent an email. Still nothing!!!! Totally ghosted us and Coachnet!!!!!!! Luckily I found a different company online that was AMAZING!!!!!!! We are fixed now, no thanks to being ghosted by TTS!!!!

The radiator was leaking. We were given two mechanics to replace it, and the replacement was done quickly. They also gave us a discount on labor. These are guys you can rely on.

This best truck shop in Spokane WA, call for road side assistant and Tim and Oleg very professional came on time and was back on the road the prices are very reasonable. Thanks job well done

I hit a rock while I was backing and popped my air bag. Called them and they were the only ones open o. Labor Day. Brian was really helpful on trying to get the part and even gave me the part number to see if other shops had them. Nobody had it and he said he can get it Wednesday the earliest. Lincoln Freightliner called him back and got it sooner. He gave me a quote for a mobile mechanic to fix it and ended up being less than what he quoted me. He was honest about it being less, hard to come by. The mechanic was super nice and friendly and got it done quick. Highly recommend these guys next time I’m in town and need work they are my go to in Spokane.
